We understand that mistakes happen. If you request a cancellation before our team has started any setup or design work on your website, a refund may be considered. These situations are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Monthly Subscription

Your monthly subscription covers ongoing hosting, support, and maintenance. Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed. If you decide you no longer need the service, you can cancel, and your website will continue to run normally until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

You have full control over your service. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You will not face any future monthly charges.
• Your service and website will remain active until your current billing period ends.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days in that billing cycle.

• A duplicate payment error made by our payment system.
• A major technical failure strictly from our side that completely prevents us from delivering the promised service.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, you must contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are always willing to work with you to resolve valid issues quickly. However, raising a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback will lead to the immediate suspension and termination of your website and services.
